APP Customization Process
第一步：溝通需求
Step 1：Communication requirements
由客戶(hù)提供具體需求，例如色彩搭配，呈現(xiàn)的效果以及某些功能等，若客戶(hù)無(wú)具體需求則由開(kāi)發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)設(shè)計(jì)后供客戶(hù)參考。
Customers provide requirements, such as color matching, some functions, if there is no specific requirement, the design draft will be provided by the development team.
第二步：開(kāi)始設(shè)計(jì)
Step 2：Start designing
確認(rèn)需求后即可開(kāi)始設(shè)計(jì)APP，整個(gè)過(guò)程需要花費(fèi)4-7個(gè)工作日（如有特殊要求，時(shí)間則會(huì)延長(zhǎng)）。
After confirming the requirements, we can start to design the APP. The whole process takes 4-7 working days (if there are special requirements, the time will be extended).
第三步：確認(rèn)效果
Step 3：Confirm the effect
APP設(shè)計(jì)完畢后，發(fā)送安裝包供客戶(hù)體驗(yàn)，根據(jù)客戶(hù)的反饋意見(jiàn)，修改至滿意狀態(tài)。
After the APP is designed, send the installation package for the customer to experience, and modify it to a satisfactory state based on the customer’s feedback.

第四步：平臺(tái)上架
Step 4：Upload to app store
蘋(píng)果APP Store當(dāng)天提交次日審核通過(guò)；GooglePlay當(dāng)天提交可審核通過(guò)；國(guó)內(nèi)360應(yīng)用商店當(dāng)天提交可審核通過(guò)。
Apple App Store submitted the same day and passed the review the next day; GooglePlay submitted the same day can be reviewed and passed; domestic 360 App Store submitted the same day can be reviewed and approved.

以“XBOT APP“為例，闡述APP內(nèi)常用頁(yè)面的用途，

首頁(yè)功能說(shuō)明
1、點(diǎn)擊“搜索設(shè)備”功能，即可搜索附近范圍內(nèi)已開(kāi)機(jī)的設(shè)備
2、中心區(qū)域可循環(huán)展示產(chǎn)品（可左右滑動(dòng)）
3、底部的”預(yù)覽”按鍵可脫離設(shè)備預(yù)覽APP的部分頁(yè)面（不可實(shí)際操作）。
4、“官網(wǎng)”和“商城”按鍵則可引流至企業(yè)官網(wǎng)及官方商城。
5、“服務(wù)”按鍵則可以直接進(jìn)入服務(wù)頁(yè)面（該頁(yè)面功能說(shuō)明見(jiàn)第4頁(yè)）。
設(shè)備搜索頁(yè)面說(shuō)明
該頁(yè)面會(huì)顯示搜索到的附近設(shè)備
1、左側(cè)圖標(biāo)代表設(shè)備的種類(lèi)，從上至下依次為：輪椅車(chē)、平衡車(chē)、智能搬運(yùn)小車(chē)、卡丁車(chē)、滑板車(chē)。
2、中間的字符表示設(shè)備的名稱(chēng)（用戶(hù)可自定義）。
3、藍(lán)牙信號(hào)的強(qiáng)弱代表設(shè)備的距離遠(yuǎn)近。
設(shè)備功能頁(yè)面
1、該頁(yè)面顯示設(shè)備主要信息：當(dāng)前速度，電量，剩余里程等，并根據(jù)設(shè)備不同，可進(jìn)行對(duì)應(yīng)的操作及設(shè)置。
2、若用戶(hù)對(duì)產(chǎn)品有疑問(wèn)則點(diǎn)擊右上角“服務(wù)”按鍵切換至該頁(yè)面進(jìn)行查詢(xún)。
服務(wù)功能頁(yè)面
如果用戶(hù)剛開(kāi)始使用產(chǎn)品或在使用過(guò)程中發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題，則可以來(lái)此頁(yè)面查詢(xún)。
1、”使用說(shuō)明“和”常見(jiàn)問(wèn)題“可以解決用戶(hù)大部分的問(wèn)題，若問(wèn)題還無(wú)法解決則可以”聯(lián)系售后“服務(wù)。
2、”意見(jiàn)反饋“則方便收集用戶(hù)建議。
3、同時(shí)下方還預(yù)留了視頻播放區(qū)域，可以用于展示產(chǎn)品或?qū)Ξa(chǎn)品進(jìn)行更直觀的說(shuō)明。
